We carry insurance for all our cleaners and train them to clean your house to your satisfaction.

How long does a typical cleaning service take?

A standard-size home takes about three hours to clean. Your home may take more or less depending on its size and which services you request.

What is deep cleaning, and why is it necessary?

Deep cleaning is when our house cleaners scrub your house from top to bottom. We leave nothing undone. This level of cleaning is required to maintain a clean, healthy environment for your family.

How often should I get my home deep cleaned?

We recommend requesting deep cleaning services once or twice a year to ensure your home is as clean as possible.

What areas of my home should be included in a deep cleaning service?

Your deep cleaning services should include cleaning inside, behind, and under appliances, cabinet cleaning, grout cleaning, window washing, and more.

How long does move-in/move-out cleaning take?

Our cleaning crews can generally clean about 1,000 square feet per hour during your move-in/move-out cleaning services.

Do you offer move-in/move-out cleaning services for apartments?

Our team is available for move-in and move-out cleaning services for apartments.

What are your hours of operation?

Monday – Friday 8am-4Monday – Friday 8am-4pm pm

Do you charge a rescheduling fee?

We do not charge a rescheduling fee as long as it is done before 24 hours of your original booking.

What if I need to skip this weeks clean? Will I still be charged?

No, unless it’s within the 24 hours window. Within this 1 day window, if you decide to cancel, the clean will be credited to your account at no penalty for future use.

Is Shark Cleaning Solutions licensed, insured and bonded?

We are fully licensed, insured and bonded!

Does Shark Cleaning Solutions use Toxic Cleaners?

In some instances “Harsh chemicals are strictly used ok tough to clean areas. For example, a glass shower door with calcium buildup will require CLR to clean.

Do you clean if people smoke indoors?

We do not! This is a strict policy as we’re adamant to provide an awesome experience for the customer, but equally providing the safest working conditions for our cleaners.

What if I’m not satisfied with my cleaning after they leave?

If you are not happy with the service for any reason please call us immediately for further instructions. A Re-scheduled clean must be made within 1 business day of the original appointment.

Are your prices negotiable?

No, are rates are calculated by the information you provide on our booking page.

What if my chosen service isn’t finished on time?

An additional booking must be made. In most cases this is because the lack of cleanliness required more time to begin with.

What can I expect when I add Organization to my booking?

Areas that are often left cluttered will have the added time for proper organization. Some areas that are often left unorganized are pantry’s, bedroom closets, bathroom counters, entryways, kitchen counters, etc.
